• David A. Doyle (concordmonitor.com) — North Kingstown is noted as the birthplace of David Arthur Doyle, whose family later settled in New Hampshire but whose roots began here in 1960. The 66-year-old mechanical designer and avid outdoorsman is remembered for his gratitude, love of travel with his wife Jeanette, and warm friendships. A celebration of life is planned in Newburyport, Massachusetts.
