North Providence Man Tampered Or Interfered With Casino Equipment: Cops
The North Providence man was arrested by the state's Gaming Enforcement Unit, police said.
NORTH PROVIDENCE, RI — A North Providence man tampered or interfered with casino equipment, police said.
Frank Breggia, 53, was arrested Tuesday by the Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit, the state police said in a media release.
Breggia was charged with 11 counts of casino gaming — tamper or interfere with any equipment, according to the release.

State police Lt. Col. Robert Creamer failed to respond to a request for additional information on Breggia's arrest.
Breggia was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned and released with a Third District Court date, according to police.
