Wanted Cranston Woman Jailed After Traffic Stop: Cops

PROVIDENCE, RI — A wanted Cranston woman was jailed after she was pulled over in Providence, police said.

Alalana Rios, 31, was stopped on Point Street shortly after 1:30 a.m. Sunday and arrested on a warrant charging her with missing court for an obtaining money under false pretenses case, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Rios was taken to the Adult Correctional Institutions Women's Intake, police said.
