Providence Sex Offender Charged With Failing To Register As a Sex Offender: Cops
The Providence man was arrested by the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence sex offender was charged with failing to register as a sex offender, police said.
Paul Fennessey, 63, was arrested on a warrant Monday by the Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force, the state police said in a media release.
"Mr. Fennessey was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Cranston Police Department on scene," the release said.
