RI State Troopers Arrest MA Woman After Responding To Disabled Vehicle Call: Cops
The New Bedford woman was charged with obstructing an officer in the execution of duty and disorderly conduct, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — Rhode Island State Troopers responding to a disabled vehicle in Providence ended up arresting a Massachusetts woman, police said.
Troopers responded to the disabled vehicle on Interstate 95 about 11 p.m. Sunday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
While taking care of that, the troopers arrested Victoria Bright, 35, on charges of obstructing an officer in the execution of duty and disorderly conduct, the release said, without further explanation.

State police Lt. Col. Robert Creamer failed to respond to a request for additional information on Bright's arrest.
Following her arrest, "Bright was misdemeanor released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court," the release said.
