CT Man Wanted On Florida Fraud Charge Nabbed In Richmond: Cops

RICHMOND, RI — A Connecticut man wanted in Florida on a fraud charge was nabbed in Richmond, police said.

Justin Hubbard, 33, was pulled over and arrested shortly before 3:30 p.m. Friday on Interstate 95, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Hubbard was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions — Men's Intake, according to the release.
