Warwick Man Charged With Indecent Solicitation Of Child: Cops

The Warwick man was also charged with disseminating indecent materials to a minor, police said.

WARWICK, RI — A Warwick man was charged with the indecent solicitation of a child and disseminating indecent materials to a minor, police said.

Collin Caldwell, 23, was arrested Tuesday by the Rhode Island State Police Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the state police said in a media release.

"Mr. Caldwell was processed at the Wickford Barracks and transported to Third District Court," the release said.

Caldwell was arraigned and released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail with special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors and restricted internet access, according to police.
