Woonsocket Men Charged as Sex Offender Scofflaws

The following information was reported from releases posted at the RI State Police press website:
Man arrested for probation violation charged with failing to register as sex offender:
On April 3, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Nicholas Robinson, age 33, of 180 Allen St., Apt. 107, on a warrant out of Providence Superior Court for a probation violation on a charge of breaking and entering. Woonsocket Police also charged Robinson for failing to register as a sex offender.

Robinson was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to the Woonsocket Police.

On April 1, at 12:05 p.m., officers arrested Joshua M. Martin, 31, of 233 High St., Apt. 301, Woonsocket, RI, for a Superior Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for cost review, on a charge of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and subsequent warrant service.
Martin was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and turned over to the ACI Intake.
