• 10/01/2026: ALJ Amchan Rejects Wage Discussions as Inherently Concerted (nlrbedge.com) — A federal labor board has ordered Country Cupboard of Barnwell, LLC to reinstate a worker at its Barnwell restaurant and pay back wages after finding she was unlawfully fired for discussing wages and working conditions with coworkers. Because the company never answered the complaint, the Board treated the allegations as admitted and also required the restaurant to clear her record and post notices about employees’ rights.
