• Spartanburg Wins 40th Hall of Fame Classic in Belton (hssr.com) — Belton hosted the 40th Chick-fil-A of Anderson Hall of Fame Classic girls' tennis tournament Sept. 26–27, with Spartanburg edging out Daniel and Greenville by just two points. Local readers will appreciate that the Belton Tennis Association ran the long-standing event, which drew eight top teams statewide and earned praise from coaches for its organization, sportsmanship, and ideal playing conditions.
