Investigators say he was last seen with her in Cayce, later dumped her body near Two Notch Road, and still faces separate state charges including murder and weapons offenses.

The money will help keep advocates on call, stock emergency supplies like diapers and car seats, and ensure survivors of sexual assault and other crimes in the Columbia area have someone by their side at any hour.
