2 Holly Springs Students Treat Staff To Lunch

Fifth graders raised money by recycling cans.

To do their part for the environment and give back to the community, Tyler Hall and Bryeton Morris began collecting aluminum cans in November.

The students, both fifth grade students at Holly Springs Elementary School, made $130.00 by recycling cans throughout the second semester. Tyler and Bryeton used their earnings to treat the Holly Springs staff to lunch at the end of the school year.

The staff applauded the boys for their generous gesture of citizenship and thoughtfulness. Tyler is the son of Michael and Shelley Searcy; Bryeton is the son of Jason and Rosanne Morris.
