They ruined my 2 day old brand new wedding dress.. I asked to have it steamed for wrinkles and when I went to pick it up there were big black stains on the back and they accused me of intentionally trying to get the service for free. Even after I showed them the receipt from 2 days ago proving the dress was new, they argued and said they did not damage the dress. The owner offered to do a refund or clean it and obviously I wasn't going to trust them with the dress so I accepted the refund. After I thought we had come to an agreement, he told me he changed his mind and wasn't going to refund me. He said he found it "funny" how quickly I found the marks.. Um hello.... Big black marks near the zipper on my dress.. I'm gonna notice. It wasn't until I threatened to call the police that he refunded the $40. I have my $40 back and a ruined $400 dress and am getting married in 6 days and have no idea what I'm going to do... Do not trust these people!!!
