An MD360 care center will anchor the Medical Center of Powdersville providing walk-in and urgent care services seven days a week. The MD360 center will operate in partnership with the Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center.
The new complex will include a full-time office of Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas and Proaxis Therapy which will provide a full array of orthopaedic and physical therapy services. The GHS University Medical Group Department of Surgery will also bring surgical specialists to a 12-room suite inside the center. Diagnostic x-ray and laboratory services will be on site, as well as a 16-slice CT scanner, with additional shell space for future diagnostic equipment. The complex will also house a community room to host health education events and provide much-needed space for use by others in the Powdersville community.
