A witness told police they heard loud arguing coming from the church parking lot where a dark-colored Mustang and a four-door vehicle were parked. Later the witness said he heard the sound of glass breaking and a gun shot or two.
A preliminary autopsy performed by Pickens County Coroner Kandy Kelley has determined that Dinneen was killed by a single gun shot wound to the chest. Kelley said full autopsy results will take 6-8 weeks.
