DUI's, Marijuana, and Domestic Violence

The following arrest information was provided by the Easley Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Santiago Zapata, 27, of Simpsonville was arrested on Dec. 24 and charged with driving under the influence.

Keith Lloyd Kerswell, 34, of Central was arrested on Dec. 24 and charged with public disorderly conduct.

Tammy Lynn Sweet, 38, of Marietta was arrested on Dec. 24 and charged with three counts of failure to comply with police.

Christopher Michael Cox, 27, of Easley was arrested on Dec. 24 and charged with possession of methamphetamine and shoplifting.

Joshua Thomas Reynolds, 20, of Easley was arrested on Dec. 25 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Karen Ledbetter Greene, 55, of Marietta was arrested on Dec. 25 and charged with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.

Andre Jerome Bethea, 38, of Liberty was arrested on Dec. 26 and charged with driving with a suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Robin Williams Ferguson, 40, of Easley was arrested on Dec. 26 and charged with obtaining certain drugs, devices, or preparations by fraud or deceit.

Marion Phillip Freeman, 50, of Easley was arrested on Dec. 26 and charged with shoplifting.

Ethel Franklin Taylor, 66, of Pickens was arrested on Dec. 26 and charged with driving under the influence.

Brandon Reed Allen, 21, of Easley was arrested on Dec. 26 and charged with public intoxication.

Joshua James Burnett, 20, of Pickens was arrested on Dec. 26 and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, possession of marijuana, and public disorderly conduct.

Dylan James George, 19, of Easley was arrested on Dec. 26 and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, possession of marijuana, and public disorderly conduct.

James Michael Lyday, 38, of Easley was arrested on Dec. 26 and charged with criminal domestic violence.

Heather Nicole Dalton, 26, of Easley was arrested on Dec. 27 and charged with an existing bench warrant.
