Halloween festival at the libary. Look for the Village Branch staff at the Pickens Trick-or-Treat Trail and the Sarlin Branch staff in downtown Liberty. At the Hampton Memorial Library in Easley, there will be a multi-stop Trick-or-Treat complete with games, prizes and candy.
