Six-Week Sessions held on Thursdays, January 5, 12, 19, 26, February 2, 9 in the Liz Smith-Cox Educational
Studio at the Pickens County Museum. Learn the basic elements of line, shape, value and color that work
together to create a good picture design. This introduction to composition will include fun and challenging
exercises to help you evaluate your drawings and paintings to produce more expressive art. We will use a
variety of supplies, many of which you probably already have on hand. A list of options will be discussed at
the first session. Plan now for better pictures! Tuition: $88 ($78 for museum members).
