Grand Larceny Theft, Indecent Exposure, and Criminal Sexual Conduct

The following arrest information was provided by the Easley Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

David C. Batson, 52, of Easley was arrested on July 25 on an outstanding bench warrant.

Randy Barnes, 49, of Easley was arrested on July 25 and charged with driving with a suspended license or registration.

Ricardo Antonio Flores, 20, of Easley was arrested on July 26 and charged with disseminating obscene material to a child under 12.

Chris Arthur Dewitt, 58, of Easley was arrested on July 26 and charged with indecent exposure.

A 17-year-old juvenile from Easley was arrested on July 26 and charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

Jessica Lynn Addington, 21, of Easley was arrested on July 26 and charged with failure to appear in court.

Tosha Marie Howland, 21, of Easley was arrested on July 26 and charged with all other offenses (Group B offenses only.)

Katherine Heather Byars, 19, of Easley was arrested on July 26 and charged with all other offenses (Group B offenses only.)

Ninfa R. Berrios, 28, of Greenville was arrested on July 26 for two outstanding bench warrants.

James Matthew Mckelvey, 43, of Greenville was arrested on July 27 and charged with grand larceny theft of more than $2,000 and less than $10,000.

Christopher Gage Stancil, 20, of Easley was arrested on July 27 and charged with a commitment order.

Marie S. Swafford, 47, of Easley was arrested on July 27 and charged with driving with a suspended license or registration.

Ronald Dwayne Styles, 34, of Easley was arrested on July 27 and charged with two counts of forgery.

William Hayward Collins, 34, of Easley was arrested on July 27 and charged with obtaining certain drugs, devices, and preparations by fraud, deceit, or the like.

Alvin Christopher Carr, 50, of Cowpens, SC, was arrested on July 27 for an existing bench warrant.

Andrew Tyler Smith, 24, of Anderson was arrested on July 27 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, open container in a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance.
