The Imagination Stage program is an opportunity for students with
developmental delays to participate in a theater program with trained theater professionals. Through the Imagination Stage, students will learn communication skills, social skills, and increase their language
skills, all while participating fun-filled activities!
Research has shown that theater arts can help students with
developmental delays increase their observation skills, listening
skills, ability to follow sequential directions, focus on a goal for
extended periods of time, improve their language specificity, and
improve their ability to adapt to new situations.
