Lucky Lotto Ticket Purchased in Easley

A jackpot awaits one lucky South Carolina Education Lottery player.

A winning ticket in the South Carolina Education Lottery was purchased at the Brushy Creek Food Mart in Easley Monday night, according to a story on the WYFF Channel 4 website.

The $200,000 jackpot has not been claimed but winners have 180 days to claim their prize.

Since the inception of the South Carolina Education Lottery, Pickens County has received over $7M for it's K-12 programs and $36M in scholarship awards, according to the lottery website.
