Easley Police have arrested two men involved in a strong armed robbery Monday night.
Police responded to a 911 call on Monday, placed by the victim of an alleged robbery. The victim told police that her boyfriend, Kevin Richard Harris of Easley had allegedly assaulted her. She also said that Harris and Donald Anthony Brown of Liberty also had stolen $100 from her, according to police.
The victim had shared a cab with Harris to meet with Brown. Harris then demanded the victim give him $100, but she refused the report said.

Police said Harris then forcibly took the victims wallet from her purse, stole the money and gave it to Brown. Harris then took the victim's cell phone and smashed it on the ground, police said.
When the victim confronted Harris about the phone, allegedly he grabbed her by the neck and dragged her toward the end of the street. The victim told police that she remembered seeing the stop sign before passing out, according to the report.

Once she regained consciousness, the victim told police she ran to the first house with a light on to call police. The victim pointed out a Grey Cheverolet truck driving on McCoy Street as the vehicle owned by Brown who the stolen money had been given to.
After an investigation Brown was placed in handcuffs before he tried to break away from the arresting officer. A warrant for strong armed robbery was applied for Brown's involvement and he was charged with resisting arrest.
Police arrested Kevin Harris on Tuesday and charged him with strong armed robbery, malicious damage to personal property and assault and battery in the third degree have been issued for his arrest, according to the report.
