Three Inducted Into Call Me MISTER
Program trains and places teachers from a diverse background into the state's lowest performing elementary schools.

The Call Me MISTER (Mentors Instructing Students Toward Effective Role Models) program inducted three new Southern Wesleyan University education students during a ceremony Sept. 14 at Freedom’s Hill Church on the campus in Central.
Paul Ohanuka, Markail Drakeford and Jonathan Boyer were inducted into the program, which trains and places teachers from a diverse background into the state’s lowest performing elementary schools.
Ohanuka is a transfer student from Greenville Technical College, Drakeford is a freshman from Mauldin and Boyer is a freshman living in Central whose parents, Bobby and Magalie Boyer, are missionaries in Haiti.
