1 Dead, 6 Injured After Crash on I-20
The crash happened Saturday afternoon on I-20 in Lexington County.

One person died and six others were taken to the hospital Saturday afternoon after a crash on Interstate 20 in Lexington County, according to the S.C. Highway Patrol.
Troopers say the person who died was a minor and a passenger in an SUV traveling west on I-20. The Lexington County Coroner's Office has not released the minor's identity.
The crash happened around 2:30 p.m. near mile marker 38 when the right rear tire of the SUV blew out, causing the driver to lose control, Senior Trooper Bridget Wyatt said. When the SUV ran off the right side of the road, the driver over-corrected, causing the SUV to flip several times.
