Today my youngest daughter closed the final chapter of her life as a middle school student. Her last day of elementary school was surely just yesterday. Even then it seemed like she had just begun kindergarten. Now she will officially be classified as a high school student.
As parents, we find very early on that our children grow up far sooner that we could ever imagine. I can never stress enough to new mothers the importance of embracing every moment in their childs life. They will soon realize these moments quickly turn into years. In the blink of an eye they are all grown up and so often long before we can totally grasp the true gift God has entrusted us with in being their parents.
