The Lexington County Museum will host its 16th Annual Christmas Open House from 2 to 5 p.m. on Dec. 9.
This event will allow visitors to experience Christmas traditions of the past as most of the 30 historic structures on the 6.5-acre museum complex will be open and will feature period 19th century Christmas decorations. A 19th century cooking demonstration will also be featured in our detached kitchen. The event is free to the public. Light refreshments, including hot apple cider and gingerbread, will be served.
