Ok, I know, two blogs in one day, but this issue is front and center right now, and I am a volunteer for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, so I would like to put this out for consideration.
With high school prom time here, drunk driving is a hot-button issue, but it should always be a hot-button issue in South Carolina because we are ranked 51 on the list of highest DUI (Driving Under the Influence) fatalities in the United States!
