The restaurant will open in the former Judy's Cafe and Bakery at 5135 Sunset Blvd., Suite A in Lexington on Oct 22, according to a release. The Alabama-based chain offers customers a "'custom-fit' chicken saladexperience, with 15 original flavors to choose from, as well as gourmet soups, flavorful side salads and freshly-baked desserts," the release said.  The Lexington location will be the second restaurant in South Carolina. The other is in Greenville.
