Around the world you have buried your heroes
Delivering freedom with nothing ever owed to you
Your doctrine of liberty has led millions
To leave everything behind to become your children
You ask nothing in return, have been demeaned and attacked
But nothing nor no one has ever been turned back
You survive because we believe this to be a blessed land
Carved out of hope and God's loving hand
Today we celebrate the day you were born
Some ridicule you and laugh at a a flag that has torn
But they forget the grace in which you were created
And that flag will continue to waive unabated
So world send her your poor, uneducated and sick
And she'll send you back doctors. teachers and bricks
Never forced to accept, only her wish for you to be free
Tis is my country, waive on Old Glory
