'Holiday Tai Chi Celebration'
Have you ever experienced peace beyond your imagination? Tai Chi is a meditative art, a vehicle that can carry you to that peace. Based on fluid movements which relax; originally developed as a martial art for monks in the mountains of China.
That peace is offered this Saturday, December 14, at 10:30am in a Holiday Celebration to benefit our local Lexington County Veterans Affairs Bus Fund to help carry Veterans to and from major medical appointments.
The Celebration will be held at the Platt Springs United Methodist Church, Fellowship Hall.
Soft Tai Chi movements of exercise and moving meditations with the harmonious flute sounds from 'Soulful Echos', Adrian & Laura Bailey will assist you along that road of peace and relaxation.
