House 39 Candidate Wiszowaty Back on Ballot
A judge ruled that Jim Wiszowaty is back on the ballot after GOP leaders booted him off over the weekend.

Wiszowaty, mayor of Batesburg-Leesville, argued that his disclosure of his finances during his 11 years as mayor complied with the S.C. Supreme Court ruling on filing the information, according to a report in The State.
The Republican Party removed him from the ballot after deciding he hadn't followed the rules on filing financial information.

Wiszowaty faces in the House District 39 race.
Republican officials ousted a third candidate for the seat, Phil Perry, over the weekend, as well. On his Facebook page, Perry said he plans to run as a petition candidate on the general election ballot in November.
