Judge: Occupy Columbia Can Stay at State House

A Richland County judge issued a temporary order Wednesday until a hearing can be heard.

Members of Occupy Columbia, , have won a short-term legal battle to stay on the State House grounds.

A Richland County judge has scheduled a hearing for next week on the matter, and issued a 10-day injuction that allows the protesters to spend the night on the grounds until then, according to The State.

Following the arrests last week, protesters vowed to keep fighting, . No arrests were made.
