Voice of the Voter: Chris Barczak

Each week Lexington Patch asks a local voter about what's important to them

Each Friday, leading up to the S.C. GOP presidential primary, Lexington Patch asks voters in Lexington and the Midlands about the issues that are important to them in their hometown, in South Carolina, and nationally.

This week -- amid the din of a Ron Paul debate-viewing party in downtown Columbia -- Patch spoke with Irmo native Chris Barczak, who now calls Columbia his home.

The real estate agent and appraiser is a political Independent and solid Ron Paul supporter and volunteer who also is donating the space for Paul's state campaign headquarters, located at 2965 North Main St. in Columbia.

Check out his responses in the attached video at right. And if you'd like to offer your own, it's easy to set up. Just email Local Editor Hal Millard at hal.millard@patch.com.
