To coincide with children going back to school, <a href="http://www.foxcarolina.com/story/19270893/back-to-school-food-drive-held-for#.UCo7JIN0H-8.facebook" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Fox Carolina and the Salvation Army will be conducting a food drive this coming Friday.</a> Persons are urged to donate non-perishable food this Friday, Aug. 17 from 5 a.m. to noon at the on Woodruff Road, in order to help the Salvation Army to re-stock its food kitchen. Donors also will get a chance to meet members of the Fox Carolina News team, the TV station said.

Drive is slated for this Friday at the Woodruff Road Walmart.
