The premise is simple: Get folks to make Valentines for children who would not be receiving Valentine greetings, such as children who spend Valentine's Day at a hospital or children who are homebound because of a medical condition. The YMCA Adventure Guides are hosting a Hearts for Hope card party on Saturday, Jan. 28 from 9 a.m.-noon at the Adams Mill Program Center.
