The 2012 Twilight at the Tater Shed Music Series continues tonight the The Foothills Oompah Band at 8 p.m. at the Tater SHed, Simpsonville City Park off East Curtis Street. Visit safiarts.org.
The Baby Boomer Comedy Show, featuring veteran comedians Jan MvInnis and Kent Radar, will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. tonight at the Fountain Inn Center for the Visual & Performing Arts, 315 N. Main St. Tickets are $12 and $15. Call 864-409-1050 or visit ftinnarts.org.
Saturday, Sept. 30
Sippin' in Simpsonville presents "Oktoberfest," sponsored The Main Street Chapter of the Simpsonville Area Chamber of Commerce, kicks off downtown on Main Street between 6-11 p.m. Enjoy craft beers, brats, music, and more. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 the day of the event and available at participating businesses, or the Chamber of Commerce. CLICK HERE for more.
The Mauldin Garden Club will hold a rummage sale from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Mauldin Cultural Center, 101 E. Butler Road. Among the numerous sale items will be Christmas decorations, children's and adult's clothing for fall/winter, and flower bulbs.
