Greenville Schools Create New Web Site
District designs site with students, parents, and employees in mind.

Greenville County Schools launched a brand new Web site on Monday.
"The site is designed with the district’s three primary user groups in mind – students, parents, and employees," the district said in a release.
With improved navigation and updated content, users can easily and quickly find the information they need, the district said.

The new site has a lighter, cleaner look and easy navigation. Current news is readily available and updated frequently in a large, rotating banner box on the home page.
The site also utilizes a Google search box for easier searching, as well by clicking on the menu of choices on the left side of the page, or by visiting specific sections for students, parents, or employees.

Visitors now have quick access to Greenville County Schools’ social media sites, including its YouTube channel, Twitter feeds, and Facebook page.
The district said it welcomes feedback on the new site design, via email to webmaster@greenville.k12.sc.us.
