Mauldin's Schlepphorst to Intern for DNA Creative Communications
Local firm concentrates on nonprofit and government organizations, focused on education, human service, and sustainability sectors.

DNA Creative Communications (DNA) is pleased to welcome a new intern to their team, Amy M. Schlepphorst. She is a rising junior at the College of Charleston Honors College where she is pursuing a Bachelorβs degree in Communication with a minor in Theatre.
βI am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with DNA this summer and gain professional experience in the communication and public relations industry. I am excited to apply what I have learned at school as well as learn new skills that I can utilize in my future career,β said Schlepphorst.Β
Born and raised in Mauldin, Schlepphorst is very familiar with everything the Upstate has to offer. She was recently placed on the Deanβs List at College of Charleston for the 2011-2012 academic year and is a member of Phi Eta Sigma, an honors association at the college.Β
Her previous communication experience includes managing social media and creating promotional materials and campaigns for a non-profit community theatre.
