Pedestrian Killed in Early Morning Collision
Man killed after being struck by vehicle along S. Pleasantburg Drive.
A pedestrian was struck and killed around 6 a.m. Tuesday as he walked along a stretch of South Pleasantburg Drive.
The collision, which snarled early morning rush-hour traffic, occurred near McAlister Square and LeGrand Boulevard, WYFF reported. Deputy Coroner Jeff Fowler told the station the man was hit in the southbound lane and ended up in the northbound turning lane onto LeGrand.
