Puerto Rico and Venezuela, two of the hottest teams at the Big League World Series in Easley, took to the field Sunday night. The two teams are among the four in the 11-team international field who remain unbeaten in the series, which continues through Wednesday at J.B. "Red" Owens Recreation Complex in Easley. Puerto Rico took an early lead, 2-0, then continued to build upon it. Venezuela was unable to get on the scoreboard at all. The final score was Puerto Rico 13, Venezuela, 0.  Action continues Monday and Tuesday, with the championship game slated for Wednesday.
