QuikTrip Coming to Mauldin

At Monday evening's City Council meeting, John Gardner, Mauldin's head of planning and economic development, confirmed the arrival of QuikTrip to the business community. 

The convenience store will be located on W. Butler Road to the west of the Bank of America, next to .

QuikTrip is a privately held company based in Tulsa, Okla. It has over 600 locations in 11 states and in the last year has expanded into the Upstate with locations in Greenville, Spartanburg, Greer and Easley.

QuikTrip has been named one of the largest privately-held companies in the nation by Forbes. Forbes also lists QuikTrip as one of the best companies to work for.
