What Mauldin Residents are Posting on Pinterest

See what your neighbors are "pinning" on this increasingly popular social network.

Are you on Pinterest?

What started out three years ago as an image-sharing site populated almost exclusively by women posting images of their favorite clothing, accessories, recipes, hairstyles, home decor, and more, the site has since grown exponentially and has started attracted men, groups, and organizations as well, creating one of the world's top 10 social networks.

While users of social-network heavyweights Facebook and Twitter typically focus on themselves, Pinterest allows users to visually share the things they love with others β€” or as a Wired.com writer explained the difference, "Look at me!" versus "Look at this!"

A small but growing number of your Mauldin neighbors are climbing onboard. Here's a collection of local users and what they are pinning these days.
