Deputies Seek Armed Robbery Suspect

Greenville County Sheriff's deputies are asking the public's help in identifying or locating a man who robbed a Piedmont convenience store.

On Friday, January 25, at around 1 p.m., an unknown subject entered the Sav-Way located at 202 Piedmont Highway and demanded money from the store clerk. The subject was wearing dark clothing, a black mask and had a small handgun. The subject pointed the handgun at the store clerk and demanded money. 

The subject stole an undisclosed amount of money from the store and was captured on the store’s surveillance system. The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office is asking for anyone who may recognize the subject or have information regarding the crime to call Crime Stoppers at 23-CRIME.
