This week's pick is this vacant lot located near downtown in a prime location at the corner of Fernwood and SE Main Street. It's just beside the CVS pharmacy, and across the street from the city's Veteran's Memorial Park.

The parcel is zoned C-2, which is the city's zoning classification for its moderate intensity commercial district. The classification allows for a whole host of potential commercial uses, such as restaurants, bars, retail shops, and more.
