Hillcrest High Students Suspended for Marijuana
Seven members of school's marching band reportedly busted by school for smoking pot at a band competition.

Seven members of the Hillcrest High marching band have been suspended for smoking pot at a recent band competition, according to this report from Fox Carolina.
School district spokeswoman Susan Clarke released this brief statement in regards to the incident: "Seven Hillcrest High School students were suspended pending a recommendation for expulsion as required by the student behavior code."
The incident allegedly happened at a band competition on Sept. 15 at North Greenville University, the TV station reported.
While the students reportedly admitted to the crime, it was unclear whether the students — whose ages were not specified — would face any criminal charges.
