Tick, tock ... If you haven't registered to vote in SC, time is running out. Here's what to do before next week's deadline.

If you haven’t yet registered to vote, get it off your to-do list now.
The voter registration deadline for South Carolina is Oct. 6.
Six million people didn’t vote in the 2008 elections because they either did not know how to register or because they missed the voter registration deadline.
Here’s information on how you can register in time for the Nov. 6 elections:
- Fill out a voter registration form in person at the Greenville County Voter Registration Office in Suite 1900 of County Square, which is located at 301 University Ridge.
- Download a voter registration form from the download at the SC Voter Registration web mail-in application, fill it out, and return it in PDF format, that will capture your signature and the other information that should be sent, by email to vrchange@greenvillecounty.org.
- For more information, call the Voter Registration Office at 864-467-7250.
