Sharon Lee Godfrey Cartee, 59, of Simpsonville, wife of G. James Cartee, Jr., died Thursday, January 17, 2013.
Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Violet Godfrey.
Mrs. Cartee worked for Charter Communications. She was a member of Washington Avenue Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two sons, Kevin and Andrew Cartee; a sister, Connie Biggerstaff; and a brother, Keith Godfrey.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:15 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Southeast, 1604 NE Main. St. Simpsonville, SC 29681. The funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
