• City of Greer suspends Flock camera system for 90 days (wspa.com) — City leaders in Greer have immediately suspended the Flock license-plate camera system for about 90 days while they study its effectiveness, training, and privacy implications. Officials say public trust and safety are top priorities as they review how, or if, the technology should be used going forward. 
• TIMELINE: SLED investigates allegations of FLOCK misuse against Upstate officers (foxcarolina.com) — State investigators are probing alleged misuse of Flock license-plate cameras by several Upstate agencies, including the Greer Police Department, after multiple officers were terminated. SLED says the Greer case involves broader allegations against former officers, and all of the related investigations across the region remain active and ongoing.
