• Bristol man accused of fatally shooting dog turns himself in (wjhl.com) — A Bristol man has been taken into custody after authorities say he turned himself in to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office on an aggravated cruelty to animals charge. Investigators allege he was identified from motorcycle registration after a dog was shot along a roadside, with surveillance video reportedly showing a helmeted motorcyclist approaching the animal with a handgun.
