Calling all boys ages 11-17 to join one of the few troops incorporating the prestigious Congressional Awards Program for Youth, featuring six levels culminating in a gold award presented at Congress. The Sequoyah Council first-year membership fee for New members is $65, with several troop stipends potentially available to assist members.
